Durufle, do you?

I am pleased to announce I have been accepted back into the Utah Symphony Chorus. I called just in time for the auditions, and was even invited to sing with the small choir at this summer's Deer Valley Music Festival performance of Durufle's Requiem. The '08-'09 season is awesome and includes Beethoven's 9th, Mozart's Requiem, an Ives Symphony (!), a Bach Cantata & Bernstein's Mass. Come listen!!!

I had the priviledge of singing both Durufle's Requiem and Beethoven's Ninth this year. Both were experiences not to be missed, and the music blessed me tremendously. I've also sung Mozart's Requiem a few years back. Wonderful, awesome piece!
I would love to come listen, but it is a bit of a drive from East Texas!
Enjoy your season!
